Standard 1-year Warranty

Desktop computers are warranted against defective workmanship for a period of one year by 1Goal Gear. Click here for terms and conditions.

Laptop computers are warranted by Sager Computer. Please click here for terms and conditions.

Optional 3-year Warranty

An optional 3-year extended warranty is available from the manufacturer for notebook computers. This option may be selected at checkout when purchasing a notebook computer. Optional 3-year extended warranty programs are available for most components in desktop computers. Please contact us at 513-465-1228 for a quote on a 3-year extended warranty for the computer that you have purchased since the cost of such programs varies and is subject to change depending on components.

Technical Support

Technical support for issues related to the use and care of desktop computer systems will be provided at no cost for a period of 90 days after delivery, up to a maximum of 2 hours of combined phone and online support services and unlimited email support. Support issues related to use of the Windows operating system are limited to conflicts with hardware. Microsoft provides online support for most Windows user issues. Free lifetime technical support is included with all notebook computer purchases.

5-year Upgrade Guarantee

Your new computer is designed to upgrade easily for new hardware and Windows operating systems in the future. If for any reason you computer cannot be upgraded due to an obsolete major component including motherboard, processor, system memory or hard drive, we will replace the obsolete component free of charge.
